Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking an experienced private client solicitor to join a South West firm with an excellent local reputation in private client work. You will run your own small caseload of wills, probate, trusts and estates and work alongside several experienced Solicitors on more complex matters when required.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ private client experience, a proven track record, and be keen to progress. Salary to £55,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ private client experience.
• Proven track record of handling own caseload of wills and probate.
• Desire exposure to more complex private client matters.

Responsibilities

• Run your own small caseload of wills and probate, trusts and estates.
• Collaborate with several experienced Solicitors on more complex matters.
• Take new instructions and act as main point of contact throughout each file.
