Qualifications

• 5+ PQE Private Client Solicitor needed.
• Strong experience in managing wills, LPAs, and probate required.
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues and support department leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied Private Client caseload including wills, LPAs, and probate.
• Handle higher-value and more complex estates.
• Support the Head of Department and guide the team.

Skills

Running a full Private Client caseload independently

Experience across wills, LPAs, and probate

Exposure to HNW work

STEP qualification (Desired)

Comfortable supporting a Head of Department

Collaborative and commercially aware
