Position: Senior Private Client Solicitor - full-time, part-time, or consultancy basis

As a Senior Private Client Solicitor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Private Client department. Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-quality Private Client caseload, including wills, trusts, estate administration, and enduring powers of attorney.
• Handle contentious probate matters, including will disputes, contested estates, and related litigation.
• Advise clients on estate and inheritance tax planning, succession, and trusts.
• Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships.
• Supervise and mentor junior colleagues within the Private Client department.
• Work collaboratively across departments to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the firm's Private Client services.

Required Skills & Experience

• Qualified Solicitor (NI) with strong Private Client experience
• Proven track record in contentious probate and related dispute work.
• Excellent knowledge of wills, trusts, estate planning, and succession law.
• Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.Ability to manage complex caseloads independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Strong commercial and strategic awareness with a focus on client care and service excellence.
