Frasia Wright Associates, a leading Scottish firm, seeks a Senior Lawyer for its Private Client Team in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness or Elgin. You will advise on estate planning, wills, trusts, executries, tax planning and related reliefs for adults with incapacity.

Candidates should have 7+ years PQE up to Partner level, be commercially minded and bring strong private client experience. STEP qualification would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Seven years' plus PQE with potential for Partner level.
• Strong experience in private client matters.
• STEP qualification would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert advice on private client work including estate planning, wills and trusts.
• Assist with executries, tax planning and reliefs related to agriculture and business property.
