Purely Recruitment Solutions Ltd. is assisting a client in recruiting an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join their Chippenham office. The role involves handling private client matters, taking instructions, drafting documents, and communicating with clients and third parties.

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will ensure files are billed and compliant with Lexcel where applicable. The position is permanent and full-time, with salary dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of relevant law.
• At least 3 years+ PQE.
• Ability to communicate with all types of clients and provide understandable advice.
• Drafting skills and ability to negotiate.
• On very rare occasions advocacy skills may be required.

Responsabilités

• Taking instructions from clients and advising clients.
• Communicating with clients in person, on the telephone and by letter.
• Drafting documents and dealing with routine correspondence.
• Communicating with third parties on behalf of the clients.
• Ensuring files are billed regularly and compliant with procedures.
• Assisting colleagues and support staff as needed.
