Role Overview
As a Senior Private Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for high‑net‑worth clients, managing their fine wine portfolios and delivering exceptional service. You will leverage the company's global platform and market‑leading technology to help clients achieve their investment, collection and consumption goals.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with private clients, ensuring trust and long‑term engagement.
- Act as a strategic advisor on fine wine acquisition, trading, and portfolio diversification.
Portfolio Management
- Assist clients in building and optimizing wine portfolios using the company's trading platform and managed portfolio products.
- Provide insights on market trends, valuations, and liquidity opportunities.
- Advise clients on old and new world wines suitable for their requirements and interests.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and increase assets under management.
- Drive engagement with our marketplace and promote new products and services.
Market Expertise
- Stay informed on global fine wine trends, pricing, and investment strategies.
- Collaborate with trading and market‑making teams to deliver best‑in‑class solutions.
Compliance & Process
- Ensure all client interactions adhere to regulatory standards and internal processes.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting through CRM systems.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in private client management, luxury goods, or investment advisory.
- Strong knowledge of fine wine markets and/or alternative investments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client‑centric approach.
- Ability to manage high‑value relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and data‑driven decision-making.
