An exciting opportunity has become available within the Council’s Information Governance Team supporting the delivery of the Council’s Information Governance practices and helping us build ready for the next phase of our response to delivering services to the citizens we are here to help.
Come and join a growing team and enhance your development by working alongside the Council’s Information Governance officers in ensuring that the Council’s and contracted services including School’s, processes remain compliant with the requirements of the Data Protection Act.
In this role the successful applicant will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of workplace skills and experience, as well as developing knowledge and understanding of the work and responsibilities of working in local government in Cardiff.
The Council’s Information Governance team provides an access to information service, together with Records Management and Data Protection service to all Council services and citizens and also contracted services to all Cardiff Schools as well as national services including the Welsh Local Government Association and Data Cymru.
