Job summary

Stantec is seeking Principal and Senior Principal Mechanical Engineers with deep UK water-sector experience to drive technical delivery and shape project direction. You will influence strategy, own engineering solutions, and build strong client relationships across major programmes.

You’ll lead multi-disciplinary delivery, mentor engineers, develop standards, and help grow our mechanical capability within the water business.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the UK water sector.
• Proven ability to own technical delivery and influence project strategy.
• Track record of building trusted client relationships.
• Experience mentoring teams and growing technical capability.
• Willingness to work across multiple UK locations.
