You will lead the product strategy, focusing on customer needs and data-driven insights. Ideal candidates will have over 4 years of experience in product management, with a strong emphasis on UX and analytical skills. This role offers a salary between 88,000 and 135,000 GBP gross annually, along with comprehensive benefits including generous holidays and a remote work option.
Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money.
Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.
Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.
As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.
For everyone, everywhere.
Join us in shaping how millions of customers around the world move money across borders. As Senior Product Manager for Send Convenience, you'll own the product that powers 5% of all cross-currency movement between countries, transforming international payments from a complex, multi-step process into something as effortless as sending a text.
Today, customers face unnecessary friction when sending money internationally or locally - extra steps, cognitive overload, and manual processes that shouldn't exist in 2025.
You'll eliminate these barriers while expanding what's possible with new capabilities, from sending money back home to automated recurring payments, all while connecting customers to the broader value of their Wise Account.
This isn't just product management - it's trailblazing how the world moves money.
The Send Convenience team consists of dedicated world‑class engineers, designers, analysts, and researchers working across our offices in London and Tallinn.
Define goals, metrics, and roadmap for the world's most widely‑used international money transfer experience, delighting millions while maintaining operational excellence.
Drive customer impact through data insights, market research, company strategy, and whatever it takes to solve customer problems.
Leverage cutting‑edge technology to anticipate and solve evolving customer needs, setting new standards for sending money.
Deliver hyper‑convenience while ensuring ease of use doesn't result in user errors or exploitation by bad actors.
Launch new products to expand send use cases globally, working with regional teams to make Wise the only account customers need internationally.
Manage diverse stakeholders by bringing priorities and clarity through customer insights, data, and product sense—making decisions through facts, not opinions.
Collaborate with compliance teams to keep customers safe while pushing for new regulatory standards.
Lead without authority world‑class designers, developers, and analysts to help the team reach their full potential and ship exceptional products.
You are an experienced product manager (4+ years) who has solved complex customer‑facing problems at global scale, ideally in fintech.
You are customer obsessed. You approach every problem from the eyes of the customer, not only the business.
You have a strong sense of UX and a strict attention to UI details, and have a track record of delivering excellent UX. Design skills are a clear desired bonus.
You eat analytics for breakfast—can use different data points, both qualitative and quantitative, to identify, diagnose and prioritize customer problems and opportunities to solve them.
You have experience in qualitative design testing, to assess solutions against functional and emotional needs.
You have a good technical understanding to help the team build scalable solutions and to design our technical system in the best way expediting execution.
You are self‑driven and a first‑principles thinker; you deal well with ambiguity and noise, and you can pave the way for things that have never been done before.
You are able to turn a vision into actions with tangible building blocks of a roadmap and hands‑on execution at pace to deliver impact faster.
You have experience in building strong cross‑functional team culture for best‑in‑class engineers, designers, analysts and researchers.
You are excited about shaping the future of moving money globally for millions of customers, businesses and partners around the world!
Base salary: 88,000 - 135,000 GBP gross annually (based on experience, level & interview outcomes)
