The Role:

As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for managing complex planning projects and advising clients through all stages of the planning process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, submitting, and managing planning applications and appeals
  • Providing expert planning advice to clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Conducting site appraisals and planning feasibility assessments
  • Coordinating input from multi-disciplinary teams and external consultants
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development
About You:
  • MRTPI qualified (or working towards chartership)
  • 4-7 years' experience in town planning, ideally within a consultancy environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and development frameworks
