• Lead the delivery of EICA design services across a diverse portfolio of water infrastructure projects, offering technical oversight and governance.
• Facilitate collaborative design reviews and workshops, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams.
• Support the development of engineers within the business through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
