Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer ready to take on more responsibility and lead projects within a respected building services consultancy? This independent practice, based in Fareham, is well established across the South of England and delivers high‑quality mechanical and electrical design solutions across a broad range of sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, and education.

You’ll be joining a close‑knit, technically strong team known for its collaborative culture and practical approach to design. The company has earned its reputation through consistent delivery, client trust, and a commitment to engineering excellence.

The Role
  • Lead the delivery of electrical design solutions across multiple building services projects.
  • Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact for design coordination and technical delivery.
  • Oversee and mentor junior engineers and technicians, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
  • Undertake detailed design work, calculations, and specification writing, ensuring compliance with current regulations and standards.
  • Contribute to business development, fee proposals, and strategic growth of the electrical discipline.
About You
  • Degree or HND in Building Services or Electrical Engineering.
  • Extensive experience within a building services consultancy environment.
