We are seeking a Senior/Principal Civil & Structural Engineer to strengthen our growing engineering and design consultancy. This role is ideal for an experienced professional engineer who brings deep technical expertise, particularly process industries and/or the water industry, and can provide disciplined leadership across a diverse portfolio of industrial/energy/water projects.
As a senior member of the team, you will lead key technical decisions, oversee civil/structural design scopes, mentor engineers across all levels, and represent the Civil & Structural discipline in client, contractor, and vendor engagements. You will play a pivotal role in shaping best practices, improving design approaches, and elevating the technical capability of the team.
Some of the main responsibilities of the Senior/Principal Civil & Structural Engineer will include:This role offers the opportunity to lead technically challenging, high-impact projects while playing a key part in shaping and enhancing the capability of the Civil and Structural discipline.
