Job summary

- WSP in the United Kingdom invites an Air Quality professional to join the Basingstoke team. You will perform dispersion modelling using ADMS tools and design ambient air quality monitoring plans. The role includes bid support, project management, and collaboration with clients and authorities. - The ideal candidate has a scientific degree, strong numerical and analytical skills, and IAQM membership, with a track record in air quality projects and data interpretation using Excel and GIS.

Qualifications

• Good numerical skills
• A degree in a scientific discipline

• Excellent oral and written communication and IT skills
• Ability to write clear, concise reports/proposals
• Experience of project management, supervision and quality assurance of air quality work packages
• Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation, policy and industry guidance
• Experience in data analysis and interpretation using Excel and GIS

• IAQM associate or full member

Responsibilities

• Dispersion modelling using ADMS and ADMS-Roads
• Designing and implementing ambient air quality monitoring plans (passive and automatic)
• Contributing to bid submissions, quotes and tenders
• Project management to budget, programme and scope
• Liaising with clients, project teams and Local Authorities
• Data collation and analysis
• Report writing
