A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Senior Primary Care Nurse to join their Primary Care team at HMP Eastwood Park near Bristol. The role requires a current NMC qualification and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include medication rounds, providing personalized patient care, and promoting best practices. Ideal candidates may come from various healthcare backgrounds. This full-time position offers an annual salary between £43,609 – £49,172, depending on experience, along with career development support.
Although not essential, ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.

The site currently offers a 24‑hour service and shift patterns:
Days – 07:00 to 19:30
Nights – 19:00 to 07:30
Week 1‑3: 3 days
Week 4: 4 days (including 1 night shift). There is an expectation to work 1 weekend in 3.
This position is full time, however part‑time hours can be considered. You’ll receive an annual salary between £43,609 – £49,172 per annum (FTE), depending on experience.
