A leading insurance company in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Pricing Practitioner to join their Motability Pricing team. In this role, you will conduct reserving-style analysis and develop innovative risk models using Python and Emblem/Radar. You will collaborate with various teams while working in a hybrid environment, ensuring flexible work-life balance. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, experience in claims reserving, and excellent communication abilities.

You’ll join us as a Senior Pricing Practitioner in the Motability Pricing team, carrying out reserving-style analysis in Python and risk modelling in Emblem/Radar to understand the claims performance of the Motability fleet. Building new innovative ways of looking at emerging claims trends, and collaborating with the Reserving and Claims Analytics teams, will be key to delivering our goals.
This role reports into the Motability Pricing Lead and will be working alongside colleagues in London, Leeds and Liverpool.
Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach. When you'll be in the office depends on your role and team, but colleagues spend at least 50% of their time in the office.
