Bumble is looking for a talented Senior Pricing Manager - Economy, ideally with experience as a Game Economy Manager or Product Manager, with a monetization focus and strong analytical skills. This role is key in optimising user lifetime value by shaping how our consumable and credit economies work across our products.

This role will be based in London, reporting to the Director of Pricing & Monetization.

Key Accountabilities
  • You’ll operate with a product mindset in a commercial setting, writing clear problem statements, prioritising experiments, and moving quickly from data to decisions.
  • Define, test, and iterate on the economy management strategy across Badoo and Bumble, using both creativity and analytical rigour.
  • Share ownership of the in-app credit currency (Badoo credits) and consumable economies, and contribute to our cross-functional unit to build a strategy.
  • Develop a framework for defining the value of new products.
  • Closely collaborate with Product, Data Science, Billing, Legal, Finance, and Engineering to ensure best-in-class process and execution.
  • Build deep customer understanding and communication strategies for economy optimisations.
  • A/B test set‑up, monitoring, and understanding of results.
Experience We Are Looking For
  • Product management and analytics experience in a commercial tech environment is preferred, especially where you've partnered closely with Engineering and Product.
  • 5+ years in a comparable role, proven track record of driving value through initiatives that optimise free and paid experiences.
  • Confidence setting up and interpreting A/B tests.
  • Experience in the Gaming, Tech, or Dating industry.
  • Experience with both consumables and subscription products preferred.
  • Ability to extract actionable insights from data and research.
  • Good understanding of monetisation strategies, modelling processes, and risk management.
  • Knowledge of scenario modelling and algorithms preferred.
  • A good understanding of behavioural science and value-based pricing is preferred.
