Arthur Recruitment is assisting a large personal lines insurer in finding a Senior Pricing Analyst to join their growing pricing team. You will drive behaviour modelling strategy and analyse data with Python and Radar to deploy models into Radar for pricing optimisation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of modelling experience in personal lines insurance.
• Experience using predictive modelling techniques (GLM, GBM, decision trees).
• Strong coding skills in Python, SQL and Radar.

• Contribute to the implementation of the behaviour modelling strategy.
• Analyse data for modelling using Python and Radar.
