The Role

We’re looking for a Pre Sales Solutions Engineer to join their Go‑To‑Market team and play a pivotal role in shaping technical solutions during the sales cycle. This is a foundational hire as they build out their pre‑sales capability — you’ll define best practices, refine solution design methodology, and make a meaningful impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre‑Sales Discovery & Scoping: Lead technical discovery sessions, translate requirements into solution concepts, and validate fit against our ICP.
  • Technical Demonstrations: Deliver demos, walkthroughs, and prototype flows that simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with Sales and Delivery to define scope, estimate effort, and ensure technical accuracy in Statements of Work.
  • Framework Creation: Build repeatable assets such as discovery templates, demo materials, and reference architectures.
Skills & Experience
  • 3–5 years in technical pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or software development within consulting or professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud architectures, APIs, and modern delivery practices.
  • Hands‑on experience in communications, contact centre, or customer engagement domains.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and commercial conversations.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and comfortable in fast‑paced environments.
  • Fluent English; ability to travel when required.
Desirable
  • Experience with CPaaS / contact centre / API‑led solutions (Twilio, Five9, Genesys).
  • Previous collaboration with vendor sales teams (AWS, Salesforce).
  • European language skills.
