A leading construction consultancy in Greater London is seeking a Mid level or Senior Preconstruction Manager to manage the preconstruction process for numerous commercial office fit-out projects. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in the Design & Build environment and demonstrate excellent commercial acumen. Responsibilities include contract negotiation, cost estimating, and liaising with stakeholders. Candidates should have a construction-related degree and exceptional communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience within a fast-track workplace Design & Build environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Energetic, proactive and with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pre-construction process for multiple projects.
• Prepare and negotiate Building Contracts, Letter of Intent, and Insurances.
• Coordinate site visits with Supply Chain to carry out surveys.
