The role involves drafting Engineering Service Enquiries, ensuring design compliance, and managing Pre-Construction activities. Candidates should have a strong engineering background, preferably in Water/Wastewater project delivery. Qualifications

• Strong construction and engineering background in Water/Wastewater project delivery.
• Minimum of HND/HNC in engineering, BEng/Meng preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review Engineering Service Enquiry for Pre-Construction design deliverables.
• Ensure tender designs align with client requirements.
• Apply CDM 2015 as Principal Designer.
• Conduct PCI gap analysis at the pre-construction stage.
• Coordinate operational input for Pre-Construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with design and regulatory standards.

Skills

Strong construction and engineering background, preferably in Water/Wastewater project delivery and design

Client-facing skills

Education

Minimum of an HND/HNC in a related engineering discipline (BEng/Meng preferred)
