Job description

Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Senior Practitioner/SEND Auditor to work full time based in Haringey.
The salary for this permanent Senior Practitioner/SEND Auditor job is up to £50,890 per annum.

  • To work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the implementation and delivery of the Quality Assurance Framework through an agreed programme of audit activity.
  • To undertake audits as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager, including working to audit specifications and writing bespoke audit tools.
  • To analyse audit data and prepare written reports on the audit findings.
  • To prepare reports and deliver presentations on audit fundings to staff at all levels of the Department.
  • To support the quality assurance manager in embedding quality assurance processes, including audit activity, across Children’s Social Care.
  • To work closely with the Children’s Social Care Workforce Development Team to ensure that findings from quality assurance activity is reflected in appropriate training for staff.
  • Through the quality assurance and audit process to report to the Policy and Procedures Officer to ensure that policies and procedures are relevant to the needs of children and families.
  • Understanding, knowledge and ability to follow guidelines that ensures compliance with Health and Safety at Work, Data Protection and other statutory requirements.
  • Understanding and commitment to promoting and implementing the Council’s Equal Opportunities policies.
  • To undertake any other temporary responsibilities aligned with the overall purpose and grade of the role.
Requirements of this role:
