• Rate: £42.50ph
• Contract: Locum / Full-time

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, progressive, and high-performing service, dedicated to safeguarding children and supporting families to achieve lasting positive change. The role is case-holding, but you will receive strong managerial support from the Team Manager and wider leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a mixed caseload of Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) cases (up to 18).
• Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop effective, outcome-focused plans.
• Prepare and present reports for court and care proceedings as required.
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to safeguard children and promote their welfare.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced practitioners, promoting reflective and evidence-based practice.
