A leading support service provider in the UK is seeking Senior Practitioners to enhance the lives of vulnerable individuals. You will be responsible for leading support services and ensuring a person-centred approach in various locations across Worcestershire. Ideal candidates should possess relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a valid UK driving license. Position: Senior Practitioner x 2 posts
Location: Worcestershire
Hours: Two roles:
1 role working 24 hours per week covering Bromsgrove & Redditch.
1 role working 16 hours per week covering Droitwich, Worcester & Malvern.
Salary: 24 hours per week contract: £18,408.13 per annum. 16 hours per week contract: £12,272.09 per annum.

Would you like to work somewhere where you get to make a real difference every day? As Senior Practitioners you will work alongside your Support Manager to provide an excellent support service for the customers around Worcestershire. You will support by leading, developing, monitoring, and evaluating support practice in line with Advance policies and procedures, best practice, contractual and regulatory standards. You will be passionate about ensuring the service delivered is person‑centred and supports people to develop their confidence, skills and independence in their own home and in the local community.
We are looking to recruit two Senior Practitioners to cover the following locations:
You must have a full UK/International driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Mileage will be paid for at £0.45 per mile.
