This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organization.
We pay an attractive salary of £42,839 - £46,142 with an additional £3,551 annual market supplement, and offer access to training and development opportunities.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, experienced and enthusiastic practitioner to become part of our progressive and creative team.
The successful candidate will hold a more complex caseload, be able to offer support, mentoring and supervision to team members, monitor team performance, assist the Team Manager, and deputise when required.
The team undertakes high quality assessments and planning for children and their families who require ongoing social services intervention.
The team covers both short- and long-term work, including Children in Need of Care and Support, Safeguarding, Children Looked After, and court work.
