Job summary

The Gables Surgery in Pudsey, West Yorkshire, is seeking a Senior Practice Nurse to join a small busy practice with two part-time nurses. You will work with an established team to lead a practice nurse group and support patient care across chronic conditions such as diabetes, COPD, and asthma.

This permanent role offers both full-time and part-time patterns within a friendly PCN-oriented setting. The role emphasizes infection control audits, QA processes, and staff development within an Agenda

Qualifications

• Qualified and experienced practice nurse.
• Experience leading infection control audits.
• Experience with cytology and chronic disease management (diabetes, COPD, asthma).

Responsibilities

Job responsibilities

• See job descrption of band six practice nurse
• Taking a lead role in running a productive practice nurse team

• Identify priorities and manage time effectivley to ensure qaulity care is delivered
• Managing own patient list on daily weekly basis and supporting and overseeing other nurses and HC staff
