Job summary

Zealous Agency is seeking a PPC Manager to lead a portfolio of high-profile clients with substantial budgets. You will monitor performance, analyse data and drive ongoing optimisation to maximise results across paid search campaigns.

You will also develop strategies, present insights to clients, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with wider digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns. This role demands strong relationship skills and the ability to perform under pressure.

Qualifications

• Solid agency experience in a PPC or Paid Performance role.
• Strong background managing large-scale paid search campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics etc.
• Familiarity with bid management platforms.
• Strong understanding of paid search best practices.
• Confident managing client relationships and presenting performance insights.
• Previous people management or mentoring experience.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of high-profile clients with large scale budgets.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and implement ongoing optimisation strategies to maximise results.
• Develop and contribute to paid search strategy, identifying new opportunities to improve performance.
• Build strong client relationships, leading regular meetings and presenting campaign insights, recommendations and results.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, supporting their development and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape campaign direction and achieve commercial objectives.
• Support new business activity by contributing to pitches, research, strategy development and presentations.
• Collaborate with wider digital teams to deliver integrated performance marketing campaigns.
