WSP in the United Kingdom seeks a Power Systems Engineer to lead and deliver PLEXOS-based studies, supporting the energy transition with innovative technologies and client engagement. You will contribute to reports, proposals, and bids, while mentoring team members and building strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality power system analyses, grid connection studies, and collaborative work across the Power Systems Team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with Power Systems specialization.
• Experience in power systems consulting.
• Ability to lead projects and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting work related to power systems studies focusing on PLEXOS-based analyses.
• Provide technical and project management leadership for project delivery.
• Ensure technical quality of reports and proposals.
• Build and maintain key client relationships to position services.
• Lead development and delivery of proposals and explore multi-disciplinary integration.
• Lead excellence in PLEXOS and related tool sets (DIgSILENT PowerFactory, PSCAD, IPSA, CDEG).
