Job summary

Stealth iT Consulting is seeking a Senior Low Code Functional Consultant to lead Power Platform-enabled transformations for major UK clients. You will work with government, financial services, energy, and retail sectors, shaping functional solutions and guiding delivery teams.

You’ll supervise workshops, drive requirements, and advise on adoption strategies while partnering with executives to demonstrate value and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant consulting experience.
• Power Platform knowledge with consulting and functional leadership.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse.
• Experience leading client workshops and working with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• SC cleared or SC eligible encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on Power Platform and low-code transformation.
• Work with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and objectives.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions with users, stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Design functional solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable low-code solutions.
• Advise on Power Platform adoption strategy and opportunities for broader use.
• Provide functional leadership across projects with delivery teams.
• Support Agile planning, risks, dependencies and priorities.
• Present designs and business value to senior leaders.
• Contribute to solution shaping, proposals and business development.
• Build strong client relationships and identify engagement opportunities.
• Mentor junior consultants and grow Power Platform capability.
• Stay updated on Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Copilot and Generative AI.
