Job summary

Nine Twenty Recruitment client seeks a Lead Power Platform Consultant to own the technical direction of the Power Platform practice and lead a team of consultants and developers. You will shape architecture standards for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot Studio, and advise on complex, enterprise-scale client solutions across financial services accounts.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a consultancy or Microsoft Partner environment.
• Proven ability to lead or manage a team of Power Platform professionals.
• Deep expertise in Dataverse, data modelling and governance/security.
• Strong track record integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure and external systems via REST APIs.
• Experience with Copilot Studio or AI Builder and setting practice direction.
• Comfortable with senior client relationships, pre-sales and escalation management.

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy and architecture standards for the Power Platform practice.
• Act as senior escalation point for key clients, including financial services accounts.
• Lead design and architecture of complex Power Platform solutions.
• Line-manage and develop the Power Platform team and ensure delivery quality.
• Govern integration strategy between Power Platform, M365, Dynamics 365 and third-party systems.
• Drive adoption of Copilot Studio and AI-powered workflows across engagements.
• Oversee delivery governance, ALM, environment management and deployment standards.
• Lead pre-sales activities and technical proposals for engagements.
• Represent the practice in leadership discussions on hiring and roadmap.
• Develop accelerators, reusable components and best-practice frameworks.
