• Supported Power Platform strategy and implementation within the Energy sector (desirable)
• Mentored junior consultants through technical delivery and best practice adoption.
• Implemented and utilised Power Platform CoE Starter Kit to support governance and adoption.

• Design, build, and support Power Platform solutions aligned to business outcomes.
• Contribute to governance frameworks including environment strategy, DLP policies, and ALM.
• Support the development and maturity of the Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE).
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimise platform usage and performance.
• Ensure compliance with organisational security and architectural standards.
• Support agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous improvement.
• Balances rapid solution delivery with enterprise governance and control.

Senior Power Platform Analyst with proven experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions across complex, regulated environments (20,000+ users). Strong background in driving platform adoption, governance, and strategy, alongside hands-on delivery across the Microsoft Power Platform stack. Experienced in mentoring teams, enabling citizen development, and delivering business value through low-code solutions. This role is Remote-first, with occasional travel to Gloucester when required.

What You Will Do

• Design, build, and support Power Platform solutions aligned to business outcomes
