Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Power Platform Analyst to deliver enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions across complex, regulated environments. You will drive platform adoption, governance, and strategy while mentoring teams and enabling citizen development.

This remote-first role requires collaboration with stakeholders, enabling secure, scalable solutions, and occasional travel to Gloucester when required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Power Platform solutions at enterprise scale in regulated environments.
• Ability to design and mature governance frameworks (CoE, DLP, ALM).
• Mentor junior consultants and enable citizen developers.

• Support the creation and maturity of the Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE).
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimise platform usage and performance.
• Ensure compliance with security and architectural standards.
• Support agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous improvement.
• Enable citizen developers while maintaining platform integrity.

Senior Power Platform Analyst with proven experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions across complex, regulated environments (20,000+ users). Strong background in driving platform adoption, governance, and strategy, alongside hands-on delivery across the Microsoft Power Platform stack. Experienced in mentoring teams, enabling citizen development, and delivering business value through low-code solutions. This role is Remote-first, with occasional travel to Gloucester when required

What you will do

• Design, build, and support Power Platform solutions aligned to business outcomes
• Contribute to governance frameworks including environment strategy, DLP policies, and ALM
• Support the development and maturity of the Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE)
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions
• Monitor, maintain, and optimise platform usage and performance
• Ensure compliance with organisational security and architectural standards
• Support agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous improvement
• Balancing rapid solution delivery with enterprise governance and control
• Enable citizen developers while maintaining platform integrity
• Drive adoption through best practice, training, and enablement
• Deliver reusable solutions, standards, and accelerators to improve efficiency

What we expect of you

• Delivered Power Platform solutions across large enterprise organisations (20,000+ users), ensuring scalability and performance
• Defined and matured governance frameworks within complex and regulated environments
• Supported Power Platform strategy and implementation within the Energy sector (desirable)
• Mentored junior consultants through technical delivery and best practice adoption
• Implemented and utilised Power Platform CoE Starter Kit to support governance and adoption
• UK Security Clearance (SC) – Mandatory
