We are looking for an experienced senior post contract manager to lead the post‑contract phase of complex housing and construction projects.

You will ensure developments are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, ready for letting or sale. The role involves managing contractors, overseeing project viability, mitigating risks, handling escalations, and reporting performance to senior leadership. Maintaining high‑quality standards and resolving customer concerns efficiently will be key to your success.

You’ll have proven experience in post‑contract project management, strong contract and team management skills, and a track record of delivering multiple complex projects. You will be confident managing budgets, risks, and project viability, with excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

This role is permanent and full time. You can be based from either of our main offices in Chipping Sodbury or Tewkesbury with regular travel to sites required.

You will have:

  • A degree in construction, project management, or a related field
  • Chartered status (RICS, MCIOB, or equivalent) desirable
  • IT literacy
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to complete a basic DBS check
