Job summary

Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK is seeking a Senior Policy Officer to shape responsible innovation and regulatory supervision of personal data usage in digital technologies. You will provide expert advice to regulators, businesses and innovators, enhancing policy development and collaborative approaches across ICO teams.

The role requires strong analytical and organisational skills, with a focus on data protection, privacy by design, and effective stakeholder collaboration

Qualifications

• Significant policy/regulatory/technical experience is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication is essential.
• Ability to build productive relationships with senior stakeholders.
