Ofcom, the UK communications regulator, is seeking a Senior Associate in its Spectrum Group. The role focuses on developing spectrum policy and licensing for innovative services in satellite, space and drone sectors, with collaboration across economists, lawyers and engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead policy thinking on wireless developments and their implications on spectrum-related issues.
• Manage policy projects with autonomy, interrogating spectrum usage trends and building consensus for future-proof solutions.
• Collaborate with lawyers, economists and engineers to develop and deliver policy in a timely, joined-up way.
• Develop and draft policy consultations and decisions, synthesising feedback and positioning our narrative.
• Represent Ofcom externally, gathering insights from stakeholders including industry and government, challenging where needed to maximise insight.
• Contribute to new ways of managing spectrum and explore simplification where possible.
