Job summary

LOCKROSE seeks a senior PMO Lead to drive the Portfolio PMO for major infrastructure programmes in the energy sector. You will embed governance, controls and reporting, delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

In a highly regulated environment, you will lead a team, shape standards, and ensure tight cost, schedule and risk management across multiple projects, collaborating with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in project management, engineering, or business.
• Proven PMO leadership experience within large-scale infrastructure or utilities.
• Experience with portfolio reporting, governance, and performance management.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, risk, and change disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day PMO operations across a portfolio of infrastructure projects.
• Establish and embed PMO governance, standards and control frameworks.
• Provide portfolio-level oversight across cost, schedule, risk and change.
• Develop performance reporting, dashboards and metrics for senior stakeholders.
• Support forecasting and robust financial control with finance teams.
• Oversee integrated planning and scheduling across programmes.
• Lead risk, issue and change management processes at portfolio level.
• Mentor and develop PMO professionals and drive continuous improvement.
