Job summary

Neara invites an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a brand-new PMO for its expanding European operations. You will own end-to-end software delivery, drive governance, and ensure alignment between customer value, solutions, and engineering teams.

You will design and implement PMO standards, tooling, and reporting, while mentoring teams and coordinating with Product and CS to enable successful deployments across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex software projects.
• Experience building enterprise PMO or project delivery standards.
• Fluent English, strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for a portfolio of complex, high-value enterprise software engagements from kickoff through go-live and handover.
• Apply and reinforce project management best practices and standards across projects, setting the bar for how implementations should run.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date project tracking and reporting – status, risks, milestones, and value delivery – and roll it up into team dashboards.
• Identify risks and blockers early, and drive them to resolution by coordinating across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
• Partner with VP of CS and CS team to refine PMO tooling, templates, and reporting infrastructure as the function matures.
• Support contract and scope reviews with Product and Engineering to ensure projects are resourced and configured for success.
• Design and maintain Customer Success onboarding and continuous learning systems.
