Radiant is at the forefront of AI infrastructure, delivering scalable, secure systems for model training, deployment, and scaling. As a Senior/Principal Product Manager - Storage & Networking, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of storage and networking across Radiant’s GPU platform, partnering with engineering, SRE, and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience owning technical infrastructure, platform, storage, or cloud products end-to-end.
• Experience in data centre, bare-metal, cloud, HPC, or AI infrastructure environments.
• Understanding of modern storage architectures; WEKA, VAST, DDN familiarity.
• Understanding of data centre and high-performance networking; Ethernet, InfiniBand, RDMA, BGP, EVPN/VXLAN.
• Familiarity with storage and networking integration with Kubernetes and large-scale compute.
• Strong prioritisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to handle ambiguous infra problems from discovery through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for storage and networking across the GPU platform.
• Define and prioritise storage capabilities based on customer and workload needs.
• Define and prioritise networking capabilities across data centre to workload connectivity.
• Partner with engineering to turn requirements into scalable platform services.
• Drive improvements in automation, self-service, observability, and operational efficiency.
• Define success metrics and use them to guide performance, reliability, capacity, and investment decisions.
