Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in construction, ideally on industrial, logistics or mission-critical projects.
• Confidence in a client-facing environment and ability to take the lead when needed.
• Good understanding of project delivery from early stages through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Taking the lead on major industrial and data centre schemes.
• Acting as the main point of contact for the client while working closely with the site team.
• Coordinating design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to keep everything moving smoothly.
• Ensuring quality, programme and budget stay on track.
• Playing a role in the wider team’s development and helping strengthen client relationships.
