• Proven experience in managing medium to large construction projects.
• Experience preferably in Life Science, Tertiary Education, or Defence sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management Commissions and ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate and ensure sign-off of management information.
• Manage project finances, resourcing, audits, and reviews.

Skills

Professional Qualified in Project Management/Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying

Chartered Status with RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE

Understanding of construction contracts

Excellent understanding of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations

Experience in consultancy

Education

Degree in Project Management or related field
