Pathfinder Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Liverpool-based digital consultancy. The role is hybrid with four days remote and an excellent salary package.

You will lead enterprise website, CMS or digital platform projects, manage budgets and stakeholders, and drive delivery excellence across multiple initiatives. The role offers growth in a growing practice and a collaborative, accountable culture.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager with digital agency or software consultancy experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise website, CMS or digital platform projects.
• Strong project delivery, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Advanced Jira, Tempo and Confluence skills.
• Good Microsoft 365 skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver newly won projects from start to finish, including budget management.
• Contribute to improved delivery methods and project governance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple projects and teams.
• Ensure projects stay on scope, time and budget and meet quality standards.
