Job summary

LexisNexis Senior Product Manager I will own a product or features within a complex software suite, leading a commercially successful strategy and guiding project execution with minimal guidance. The role involves building strong technology relationships and coaching junior PMs.

You will manage a large customer base, collaborate with stakeholders, and oversee revenue performance while transitioning customers to the Nexus Plus platform, delivering value in an AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex software, data, risk, compliance, or B2B products.
• Ability to define product strategy and build long-term roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Due Diligence product portfolio, ensuring continued commercial success and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute product strategy and vision, aligning the product with evolving customer needs and business objectives.
• Manage a large and established customer base, ensuring customers derive ongoing value from the product.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize product initiatives and drive business outcomes.
• Oversee product revenue performance and contribute to commercial decision-making related to the product portfolio.
• Lead the transition of customers from legacy platforms to the Nexus Plus platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
