Job Description

Role

We are looking for a Senior Platform Analyst to join our Global Technology Solutions (GTS) team based in London (currently in-office 2 days per week, to be revised in future). Operating globally, GTS is a collaborative team and we are seeking a team player to help manage, enhance, monitor, and support our new CRM platform—alongside other key GTS technologies.

Duties

As a Senior Platform Analyst joining the Client and Enablement team you will have the following accountabilities:

Short Term (Now – Q2 2026)
  • Supporting the HubSpot CRM-Lite MVP delivery alongside PL Re’s implementation partner, including configuration, testing, and go-live.
  • Acting as a super‑user and internal HubSpot expert, providing hands‑on support and simple configuration and customization.
  • Assisting with delivery support and requirements gathering for Release 2 and beyond.
Medium-to-Long Term
  • Owning and managing the HubSpot product roadmap across PL Re and UnderwriteMe, ensuring alignment and readiness for future convergence (assumed to be H2 2027).
  • Owning the process for product backlog, including managing user queries and ideas.
  • Leading the change control processes between PL Re and UnderwriteMe, and acting as the interface between business units across all geographies.
  • Maintaining governance over system configuration, data standards, data quality, data security, and release coordination.
  • Exploring and supporting adoption of HubSpot’s multi‑account management feature post‑MVP.
  • Ensuring alignment with the Business Information Model (BIM) and data dictionary for future integrations.
  • Keeping up to date with HubSpot’s new features and releases so we understand potential opportunities and challenges to our system.
Outputs & Deliverables
  • Documented change control process and workflow.
  • Evolving and maintained product roadmap.
  • Usage monitoring, license administration and management, data quality metrics tracking, and identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Annual product budget and resource planning.
  • Configuration and usage documentation for internal teams.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in CRM systems, ideally HubSpot (configuration, usage, and governance).
  • Background in business analysis, product ownership, or product management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and release management.
  • Experience working in cross‑functional teams and multi‑entity environments.
