About the role

Product Development is responsible for the technical aspects of building a product. It involves creating and bringing new products to the market. It involves all activities and stages required to transform an idea or concept into a tangible and marketable product. Product development encompasses research and development prototyping testing coding designing and iterating on the products features and functionalities.

What you’ll be doing

• Product Strategy : Define own execute and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the charters overall goals.
• Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive landscape in the supply chain management domain.
• Stakeholders : Collaborate with engineering user experience regional and internal teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Adoption : Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights ensuring the product meets or exceeds their expectations (on the alignedKPIs).
• Execution Understanding : Engage with process experts to deliver the standardized solutions accounting for external and internal variables.

To succeed in this role we believe that you can offer

• Educational Background : Bachelors de gree in business Engineering Computer Science or a related field along with MBA (or advanced degree).
• Experience : 10 years of total experience with 5 years in Product Management domain (focus on supply chain products is must). This includes understanding of supply chain concepts of Vendor Booking Carrier Booking Shipping Instruction Receiving Billing etc.
• Technical Skills : Proficient in product management tools and methodologies (Jira Confluence Asana Figma) with experience of working with tech teams. Familiarity with agile development processes is preferred.
• Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (15) and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
