Qualifications

• 7+ years of server-side development using Java, Ruby, Python, Clojure, or C#.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems design.
• Ability to own projects, define requirements, and lead development.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with on-call or production support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver complex features end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Turn high-level requirements into practical solutions with business insight.
• Maintain focus on testing, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Design systems, model data, and write code across multiple languages.
• Evolve legacy code alongside greenfield development.
