Job summary

Ineffable Intelligence in London is seeking a foundational Platform Engineer to shape the infrastructure of our superlearner platform. This role will own scalable GPU compute, container orchestration, and the tooling that speeds research.

You'll craft resilient cloud infrastructure, optimize developer environments, and write clean Python and Rust that others love to rely on. This is a chance to define a new paradigm in AI research.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters at scale.
• Strong knowledge of containerization, scheduling, and GPU workflows.
• Proficiency with Python and Rust.
• Experience with cloud providers (Google Cloud preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve platform infrastructure, enabling scalable GPU compute.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and internal tooling deployments.
• Design fault-tolerant systems to reduce cluster-scale outages.
• Improve observability and monitoring for experimentation.
• Collaborate on redefining AI platform architecture.
• Drive development environments with fast, reliable tooling.
