Job summary

FORT in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer/Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own a critical standalone platform that powers core applications and API ecosystems.

Qualifications

The What..

Our client is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer / Senior Site Reliability Engineer to take ownership of a critical, stand alone platform which allows a number of our clients core applications to run.

Technology wise we are looking for in a successful Senior Platform Engineer / Senior Site Reliability Engineer..

• Kubernetes (AKS) experience is critical as you will become the SME on this particular platform so existing expertise is paramount.
• Strong experience across infrastructrue and networking.
• DevOps background would be advatageous with skills within python.
• Experience working with API-based microservices.
• Experience with private cloud & on-prem infrastructrue would be beneficial (AWS).
