Job summary

慨正橡扯 is seeking a Lead Software Engineer, Application Owner and Release Manager to own day-to-day governance, risk posture, and operational resiliency for the Wholesale Credit Risk Analytics application estate.

You will partner across engineering, cyber, resiliency, and risk to translate mandates into clear, executable actions for application teams, focusing on secure, scalable cloud-native analytics and strategic release management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own application governance and records with accurate system-of-record information and remediation workflows.
• Drive permit-to-operate activities by coordinating inputs, re-certifications, and stakeholder responses to move changes into production.
• Monitor and remediate risk findings by assessing impact and driving timely actions with engineering teams.
• Approve access and control activities by enforcing least privilege and periodic access reviews.
• Own resiliency and recovery readiness, maintaining recovery plans and supporting resiliency tests.
• Lead release management, aligning stakeholders and overseeing readiness, deployment and post-release validation.
• Develop secure, high-quality production code and contribute to troubleshooting, reviews, and automation.
