Responsibilities

• Lead daily morning ward rounds, handover and junior supervision
• Lead evening ward rounds and hand over with night staff when on call
• Coordinate the trauma lists
• Hand trauma / Plastic Surgery trauma operating lists
• Assist Consultants with operating theatre lists on request
• Attend out-patient clinics on request
• Manage pre- and post-operative care of emergencies under the team
