Senior Plant Installer – Southampton

35,000 – 37,000 + OTE with overtime 55-70k, van, holiday, pension

Are you from a mechanical background with knowledge of engines, motors, pumps or similar and looking to boost your earning potential through overtime?

Do you want a role where you will be paid door to door, work for a market‑leading company and enjoy consistent overtime pay?

The company has been a market leader for nearly 20 years, part of a larger national group with international operations and continuous year‑on‑year growth. They are looking for an additional Senior Plant Installer to join their team.

The role

• Attend sites in the Hampshire area
• Supervise the installation and operation of heavy mechanical equipment
• Work overtime and on‑call rota, with door‑to‑door pay and overtime rates for additional hours
• Travel to surrounding areas and occasionally stay overnight
• Work with an Operator to ensure successful installation of equipment

The person

• Mechanical background – knowledge of engines, pumps, motors or similar
• Full UK driving licence
• Happy to work plenty of overtime
• Health and Safety qualifications such as IOSH, SSSTS, SMSTS, CSCS Gold Card or equivalent
